Introduction to 3D Design In-Person
Introduction to 3D Design in the Digital Commons
Through our Introduction to 3D Design session you will learn the fundamentals of 3D design by gaining practical experience with the the browser-based application TinkerCAD. You will create a personalised bookmark which will be 3D printed at a later date for you to collect.
You will:
- Learn how to navigate a 3D workspace
- Learn how to create and adjust 3D objects
- Learn how to export a 3D object
You will need to being a laptop and mouse. However, both can be provided if you are not able to bring them to the session.
Location: Room 1.22, Level 1, the Information Commons
